Who gets fired on 'Below Deck Down Under' Season 1?

Before the Peacock series debuted in March 2022, a teaser trailer indicated that the captain would fireplace a team member in the future right through the charter season.

"I had to make a decision. I'm going to let you go," Captain Jason stated in the teaser clip. He made just right on his promise in the 13th episode of the season.
