How many times has Danielle Staub been engaged?

When we have been first presented to the truth big name at the pilot episode of RHONJ, she detailed how she had been married twice earlier than, but that she had been engaged a whopping 19 times. Her tagline that season used to be, "You're either going to love me or hate me, there is no in between with me," which was once obviously true for the 19 alleged guys who proposed marriage to her.

Danielle's different co-stars did not exactly buy that Danielle had that many suitors who put a hoop on it, especially taking into account she had spent 15 years general of her maturity married to 2 other males. When Teresa called Danielle out for mendacity concerning the ebook that Danielle's ex-husband wrote about her, she went so far as to mention that Danielle lied about her engagements.

"You were f--king engaged 19 times? You f---king stupid b---h," Teresa shouted simply seconds sooner than she flipped the desk.

In the years since Danielle's engagement declare, she's achieved a number of interviews the place she's joked round about the choice of times she's been set to stroll down the aisle. Whether or not she was once exaggerating about the number has by no means been explicitly showed or denied by way of the truth superstar.

Since Teresa's Season 1 table turn 10 years in the past, Danielle has gotten engaged two more times. She walked down the aisle with Marty Caffrey in 2018 simplest to separate much less than six months later.

The day after her divorce was finalized, Danielle announced her engagement to Oliver Maier, a French duke. The couple claimed to be getting married instantly after their announcement, but Danielle pumped the brakes for the sake of her two daughters who concept she used to be dashing into things. The couple cut up a number of months later.

Who is Danielle Staub's ex-husband?

Danielle's first marriage to former FBI informant Kevin Maher (who wrote the famous e book that was once a huge storyline in Season 1, Cop Without a Badge) lasted only one year. The pair divorced in 1987, and Danielle allegedly began working as a stripper, which is how she met husband No. 2, Thomas Staub. He reportedly asked her to calm down and prevent stripping, and the couple had two daughters in combination (Christine and Jillian) throughout their 14-year marriage.

She later wrote in her guide, The Naked Truth that she had fallen out of love with Thomas, which is why the pair ended issues. She also said that she did not want to keep married simply because he used to be paying her expenses.

Danielle dated Steve Zalewski on Season 1 of RHONJ, and the 2 had a bitter cut up (and no engagement). She wasn't on the display once more until Season 8, however it does not seem as regardless that she were given engaged at all right through the ones years.

Danielle blames co-star Margaret Josephs for her divorce.

In any other iconic RHONJ moment, Margaret driven Danielle's then-husband Marty into co-star Jennifer Aydin's pool throughout the Season 9 finale celebration. Margaret then went and instructed Danielle that her hubby used to be within the pool, which, according to Danielle, in reality led to a rift in her marriage. Danielle and Margaret had as soon as been absolute best friends, and Margaret was even a bridesmaid in Danielle's wedding ceremony to Marty.

Interestingly, Margaret later stated that her personal husband, Joe Benigno, had called Marty later to express regret, and the two stay pals. Danielle claimed that Marty filed for divorce in a while after the pool incident, and that it was once largely as a result of Margaret's actions.

"I mean, that would be amazing if that was the case!" Margaret said according to Danielle's claims to TooFab. "I don't know how I could've even done that, considering we weren't even speaking. I can't be the cause of anyone's divorce, but that she could not even take responsibility for that just shows her mental state. I'll leave it at that. I just find it so entertaining."

Margaret also detailed her own beliefs as to why Danielle and Marty's marriage did not make it.

"Love is blind. After they got married, she was probably like, 'Okay, all bets are off!' And that was it. He saw the real Danielle," Margaret mentioned. "The woman has been engaged 20 times at this point, and she only [got married] three times. Her average is not too good, if you know what I'm saying."

It's transparent that Margaret and Danielle may not quickly be reconciling their once tight-knit bond, or agreeing to disagree on why Danielle were given divorced.
