Lauren Sánchez has pricey taste in males.
The former news anchor is engaged to Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos. But before their relationship, she was once considering several different high-profile relationships with affluent and influential men. Some of the men she has been with range from athletes to wealthy person businessmen to sports activities anchors.
What used to be Lauren's relationship history like before she discovered lasting love with Jeff Bezos? Here’s a look at her (not so little) black e book.
Rory Markas
Lauren met her first high-profile relationship all the way through her first process within the tv business. She worked as an intern at KCOP-TV in Los Angeles when she began courting sports journalist, Rory Markas. He’s most known for later turning into the play-by-play announcer for the Los Angeles Angels.
They have been engaged for a time period however by no means married. Page Six stated they broke up when she landed her first process at Phoenix KTVK. Sadly, Rory gave up the ghost from a middle assault at Fifty four in 2010.
Anthony Miller
Lauren had her first foray with skilled athletes when she partnered with the retired NFL big name. They reportedly met in 1996 at the Super Bowl. They dated for 4 years and were engaged for just about two of them. When they cut up in 2000, it used to be transparent that their breakup used to be not amicable. Both events went directly to accuse the other of dishonest.
The former Denver Broncos participant informed The Sun UK that Lauren necessarily pushed him into proposing.
"I kind of gave her [an engagement ring] because she bugged me about getting married,” he said, adding that he never got the ring back.
Lauren moved on from that relationship with Los Angeles Lakers player, Derek Fisher.
Tony Gonzalez
The TV reporter traded up NFL players when she began dating Tony Gonzalez. They welcomed their son, Nikko, together in 2000. Although the pair eventually called it quits, they have become wonderful co-parents together.
She and Jeff Bezos grabbed lunch with Tony and his wife in October 2021. Then, Lauren called Tony her “best friend” in an interview with WSJ magazine. The two families also recently got together to celebrate Nikko’s college graduation.
Henry Simmons
After dating athletes didn’t pan out, Lauren gave actors a try. She was engaged to NYPD star, Henry Simmons. The pair lived together for a while but the relationship came to a rocky end when it was reported that Lauren left Henry for Patrick Whitesell, the executive chairman of the Endeavor Talent Agency, who has a reported net worth of $450 million.
Patrick Whitesell
So far, Patrick has been Lauren’s longest relationship. They were together for 13 years, starting in 2005 with their star-studded wedding. During the course of their marriage, they welcomed a son and a daughter: Evan and Eleanor.
Lauren was reportedly introduced to Jeff for the first time at a party hosted by Patrick. The couple are said to have fallen in love after Jeff hired Lauren, a helicopter pilot, to shoot aerial shots for his space-launch corporate, “Blue Origin.”
