Fans never got over Marnie being played by means of every other actress in 'Return to Halloweentown.' So simply why did they exchange Marnie in 'Halloweentown'?

'Tis the season for 31 Nights of Halloween on Freeform, which means that the queen of Halloween, Marnie Piper, will soon be gracing our monitors once more. But which Marnie Piper will you be observing? 

Halloweentown adopted a young witch, Marnie Piper, as she came upon her powers and joined her circle of relatives to avoid wasting Halloweentown. Kimberly J. Brown reprised the role in the following two sequels, but if Return to Halloweentown happened, she was abruptly Sara Paxton. So what gives?

Why did they replace Marnie in Halloweentown?

The rumor was that the original actress, Kimberly J. Brown, was filming Big Bad Wolf when Return to Halloweentown was scheduled to shoot. Because of the scheduling struggle, Kimberly had to turn down the function. However the rumor grew to become out to be unfounded.

Kimberly confirmed that she was in truth not busy at the time when they had been going to shoot Return to Halloweentown. In reality, she hadn't been officially requested to return at all. 

"I was available and ready to do it and had talked to them about doing it. But Disney decided to go in a different direction and recast the role," Kimberly stated, addressing fan questions online

The new Marnie, Sara Paxton, was requested in an interview with Hollywood.com if she knew what had led to the recast. Paxton said that she was never told what happened, but if she won the call, she believed it gave the impression of a fun opportunity and jumped at the likelihood.

So what came about to the original Marnie?

Despite not having the ability to reprise her function, Kimberly remained a part of the Halloweentown neighborhood. The original movie was in part shot in St. Helens, Ore. and, as a result of that, a 'Spirit of Halloweentown' pageant is held there around Halloween. Kimberly makes an attempt to wait the competition yearly. She attends a variety of different fairs all the way through the 12 months and round the nation that remember the film as smartly. 

When she's now not being Marnie Piper IRL, she's nonetheless representing Halloweentown in her own way. She runs an Etsy store known as Craftily Creative and the shop is full of hand-painted shirts, mugs, and signs. Although there are a lot of different kinds of pop culture references in her store, her hottest items contain Halloweentown quotes and references. 

Kimberly continues to behave lately but she does it extra on her personal phrases thru her Youtube channel. She shares comedy sketches, improv presentations, track covers, and fan Q&As through the channel.

Oh, and have in mind the villain of Halloweentown 2: Kalabar's Revenge? Kal was played via Daniel Kountz who simply occurs to be Kimberly's boyfriend. The lovely couple attends conventions honoring Halloweentown in combination and Kountz continuously reps Kimberly's Etsy shop's Halloweentown merch.

Despite Disney shedding her as the original Marnie, Kimberly seems to carry no sick will. In fact, she lately frolicked in Disneyland and promoted their Halloween seasonal choices on Entertainment Tonight. She may not were the final Marnie Piper but she's frequently shown that she's lovely proud of the time she did spend as the character.
