What does the TikTok theory say about the Grinch and Whoville?

In Horton Hears a Who, we see a microscopic Whoville on a floating speck of mud. According to the TikTok theory, the Whoville depicted in this speck of mud is where the Grinch used to be supposed to land as an toddler.

The TikTok customers who shared the theory pointed out how the colourful and bushy residents of this version of Whoville if truth be told look more just like the Grinch than those who dwell in Whoville in the Grinch movies.
