There can never be too many pawn and antique displays! Hardcore Pawn took item evaluation to the next level on truTV from 2010–2015 after Pawn Stars sparked consideration in 2009.

The show targeted around a family business in Detroit which used to be called American Jewelry and Loan. The store used to be opened in 1978 by a third-generation pawnbroker, Les Gold. While Les used to be the landlord of the shop, Rich Pyle was a supervisor at the store. Fans might keep in mind that he disappeared in later seasons.

What happened to Rich on 'Hardcore Pawn'?

Rich was once in the retailer for the primary six seasons, however used to be there long sooner than the cameras began rolling. He was the shop manager for 25 years, which might mean he'd known Les for a long time.

However, the pair's friendship gave the impression to disintegrate after they were given into just a little little bit of a dispute all the way through one episode when Rich let move of a piece that, arguably, he do not have. As a long way as enthusiasts are conscious, Rich ended up apologizing to Les.

Nonetheless, issues did not smooth over that simply since he used to be in the end written out of the display altogether. The trade appeared a bit of suspicious to fanatics who started speculating on what in reality happened. Some believe that he was once booted from the show for becoming too fashionable and drawing attention away from others.

Bobby Janiec, every other character on the display, mentioned on TikTok that Rich was "put on probation," but that he was once eventually "let go by Les and Seth." He recalled that after he started working there, Rich used to be very nice.

"This dude was super good at what he did. He definitely had his place. He knew music. He knew instruments. He was great with people. Just a genuine nice guy when you met him, but Rich had a job to do and from what I saw, TV started to become more important than the job," he defined.

Bobby defined that there began to be instances when he spent extra time taking pictures with fans when he needed to be operating. Over time, Rich's presence began to get replaced through Bobby's on the display. "Then he started messing up and I started getting used more without him," Bobby added.

Social media may have been part of the problem because it started changing into the messaging board we know today. Bobby claims that Rich's spouse would start focused on him and announcing impolite issues about him on social media. "Les and Seth had to step in and put an end to it," Bobby explained.

Despite all this unhealthy blood and the argument with Les, there may be it sounds as if more to the tale. Bobby may not reveal on what happened, but he did say enthusiasts would not be in a position to wager the "grand finale" to the tale.

Nowadays, Rich is working on a clothing line with Darren Hamilton of Detroit Muscle referred to as RPMGear. Leaving the pawnshop led to a big change in his life, but he turns out to be doing fine. After all, he is been interviewed by most primary media and has a brand new business in the works.
